Mount Martha is part of Australia's famous Mornington Peninsula located in the state of Victoria and only a one hour drive from the city of Melbourne.
The Mornington Peninsula has long been a favourite destination for lazy beachside holidays that come with green hinterlands and wild ocean beaches on the side. Drive along our coastlines with their waterfront restaurants, cafes and lavish cliff-top mansions and you could well imagine that you've arrived in the Mediterranean.

Immaculate Brand New 4 bedroom Holiday House with stunning seaview and tree valley views, only 1.8 km to Victoria's Mt Martha Beach & Village on the Famous Mornington Peninsula. Comprises large entertaining deck, open plan living & spacious rooms throughout. Accommodates 10 people, available all year round and perfect for 2-3 families or couples to enjoy all of the Peninsula has to offer.
Completed in September 2010 this brand new house has all you will need for a perfect time away. Downstairs is all open plan, containing living, dining and kitchen areas. There are three sets of double doors opening onto the extra-large deck which overlooks the valley and tree tops.
Upstairs offers a fantastic parents retreat with another sun deck & seaviews
which can be accessed from 2 master size bedrooms both with ensuites and plenty of robe space. In between both bedrooms is another living area with 2 comfy spacious sofas, another 50" plasma TV, DVD player & stereo, and a kitchenette with bar fridge, sink & microwave. Upper Sun deck has a 4 person outdoor table setting.
The main bathroom down stairs contains a large bath tub, shower, bidet and toilet.
There is a separate large laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment.
The gardens are landscaped with an automated watering system and sealed drive. Adjoining the house is a large double remote garage in addition to plenty of off street parking for up to 6 cars. Strictly no pets permitted. No smoking inside the house.

Our bays tempt you with every type of water sport you could wish for, from sailing to scuba diving, fishing to sea kayaking. You can walk for quiet miles along coastal trails, through national parks and on peaceful country lanes, breathing in ocean-fresh air that's instant balm for the weary mind and body.
Indulgence is now something we also do very well on the Mornington Peninsula too.
Our wineries offer 50 cellar doors, along with restaurants and cafes set in beautifully landscaped gardens and on terraces overlooking the vines. A game of golf on one of our 18 courses can also stretch into a post-game drink on a shady veranda and dinner in a fine restaurant.
