Our fabulous home is decorated to the highest of standards, has an array of upgrades and features and offers the ultimate comforts in luxurious surroundings. We strive to provide a high quality home at exceptional value for guests looking for something a little more special.
Located in the closest vacation home communities available to Disney, less than 3 miles away, our five bedroom home has two master king suites, a third king bedroom with private bathroom and two themed rooms for children with Shrek and Nemo.
Our south facing private pool and hot tub is surrounded by a beach themed fence so you are not overlooked at all and there is plenty of luxury padded pool furniture, a large shaded lanai area with dining facilities and a large gas BBQ.
Our home has a top of the range games room which is a hit with all ages and has an 8' slate bed pool table, 7' professional air hockey, foosball, Playstation and a large selection of games for all ages. The large and spacious family room has plenty of comfortable seating, a large screen 52" high definition tv and there is a surround cinema sound system with which to enjoy our extensive dvd collection.
Our fully fitted gourmet kitchen has everything you could need and is fully stocked with utensils and crockery. We also have high speed internet access with use of our pc or wireless access, free telephone calls, full alarm system, laundry facilities, book library, music collection and baby equipment including strollers, high chair and crib.
INDIAN CREEK RENTAL VILLA
Serendipity villa can comfortably cater for ten people in the five bedrooms plus a further two with the fold down queen size sofa bed in the family room. The spacious living area is open plan and has plenty of seating, a formal dining table that seats six (a further six can be seated at the dining table in the kitchen nook) and patio doors that lead to the pool area and shaded lanai. There is cable television with over 100 channels.
The fully fitted gourmet kitchen contains all the facilities you could possibly need and there's a large cooker and oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer with ice making machine and a vast array of cooking utensils. The breakfast nook dining table seats six, but nothing beats dining al fresco by the pool. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The south facing swimming pool and sun deck is fenced in giving you complete privacy - and what better way to end the day than relaxing in the hot tub? The lanai area provides some welcome shade during the sunny days and a lovely place to dine al-fresco by the pool in the evenings.
RENTAL ACCOMMODATION
- Master suite has a king size bed, walk in closet, TV and DVD player, ceiling fan and the en suite bathroom has a large bath with separate shower cubicle, double sink vanity unit and hair dryer. The bathroom leads out to the pool area.
- Second suite which has a king size bed, ceiling fan, TV and DVD player, and leads out to the pool area. The ensuite bathroom has a full size bath and shower, and has a hair dryer.
- 3rd bedroom is located at the front of the house giving a little extra privacy, with a king sized bed and private bathroom which has a full size bath and shower and hairdryer. Also a TV and DVD player.
- 4th and 5th bedrooms share a bathroom and both have twin beds, ceiling fans and a TV and DVD player. The bathroom also has a hairdryer and full size bath and shower. We also have a queen size sofa-bed in the family room.
INDIAN CREEK LOCATION
Great Location:
Our beautiful home is situated in the much sought after Formosa Gardens area in the Indian Creek sub division, less than 3 miles to Disney. We are so close you can easily nip home in the afternoons for a cooling swim or go back in the evenings for the spectacular fireworks. There is also a great shortcut that avoids all the traffic - just one set of lights and you;re there. The area is also conveniently located for Highway 192 which has an abundance of restaurants and stores and the Formosa Shopping Plaza is just minutes away. Indian Creek has two children's play areas, tennis courts, multi games court, football and baseball pitch, practice putting green and a jogging/walking trail.Superb Golf:
The fabulous Mystic Dunes Golf Club is a few minutes drive away and there are over 150 golf courses within an hours drive of Orlando, as well as the prestigious David Ledbetter Golf Academy at ChampionsGate just ten minutes away.Selection of Good Restaurants:
The Formosa Shopping Plaza is a few minutes drive away and has a selection of restaurants including TGI Fridays, Red Lobster and Outback Steakhouse. There is also a huge selection of shops and restaurants just a little further on the main US192 highway.Peace and Quiet:
Although Indian Creek is close to attractions, the neighborhood is far enough away from everything to offer peace and quiet and has a mix of both residential and vacation homes.Beaches:
Although Orlando is central there are also some fabulous beaches under an hours drive away. On the east coast you will find the famous Daytona beach, Cocoa Beach and Palm beach to name a few and the west coast takes you to Clearwater and St Petersburgh.LOCAL JOURNEY TIMES
