This 18th Century town house was built in 1732 and has been lovingly restored, by its architect-owner, to the highest specification.. It features stone floors and walls, and original beamed ceilings. The house offers luxurious rental accommodation 135m2 arranged over 4 storeys, including a 35m2 basement and a 16m2 roof terrace.

Kitchen / Dining Room: On the entry level is the Entry Hall and the Kitchen / Dining room. The professionally equipped kitchen includes double fridge, dishwasher, 5-ring gas hob, and electric oven - this is no ordinary rental property! At 35m2, this room is ideal for entertaining.

Living Room: With its stone walls, beamed ceiling and views onto Cannes' 14th Century clock tower, the first-floor living room is the perfect balance of modern comfort and old Provencal charm. Comfortably furnished and with a wide-screen TV, this is a perfect place to relax at the end of the day... unless you prefer to enjoy a glass of wine on the roof terrace...

Guest Bedroom: At the top of the house, this room accommodates 3 people and has panoramic views across Cannes with access to the roof terrace - a real treat!
Separate WC: A separate WC is provided on the first-floor.

CANNES TOURIST INFORMATION

This rental house is particularly well situated, just 2 minutes from the best restaurants in Cannes. This is ideal accommodation for the various events, conferences and of course the film festival that take place throughout the year at the Palais de Festivals. Pity the poor workers sitting in a darkened conference hall, because for those on holiday, this town house places you minutes from the beaches, shops and marina.
