This 18th Century town house was built in 1732 and has been lovingly restored, by its architect-owner, to the highest specification.. It features stone floors and walls, and original beamed ceilings. The house offers luxurious rental accommodation 135m2 arranged over 4 storeys, including a 35m2 basement and a 16m2 roof terrace.
- Kitchen / Dining Room: On the entry level is the Entry Hall and the Kitchen / Dining room. The professionally equipped kitchen includes double fridge, dishwasher, 5-ring gas hob, and electric oven - this is no ordinary rental property! At 35m2, this room is ideal for entertaining.
Living Room: With its stone walls, beamed ceiling and views onto Cannes' 14th Century clock tower, the first-floor living room is the perfect balance of modern comfort and old Provencal charm. Comfortably furnished and with a wide-screen TV, this is a perfect place to relax at the end of the day... unless you prefer to enjoy a glass of wine on the roof terrace...
