Our rental house is located on the southern tip of Cap D'Antibes with easy access to all beaches and a five minute walk to the local delicatessan, grocery and tobacconist shops. There is a bus stop serving both Antibes and Juan les Pins within a couple of minutes walk.

The villa is superbly situated in a quiet area, with sun all day with conveniently shady places.


The living room and dining room are open plan, together with study and equipped kitchen.

Sleeping accomodation

All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning

• Bedroom 1: King-sized double bed
• Bedroom 2: Double bed
• Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds

1 bathroom, 1 shower-room with WC and a separate WC.

Terraces and large pool

There are two separate terraces for eating, one at the back of the property conveniently next to the kitchen, and one overlooking the large pool. Plus a table-tennis table (ping pong table) under a canopy.


In the pool area there is a gas barbeque and outside the kitchen there is an excellently constructed charcoal BBQ, the secret of which is to use an inflatables pump as bellows . . . .

Both areas benefit from shade. The property is secure on all 4 sides with gates opening onto a non through road. There is a garage and parking for 3 cars.

Pool and outdoor sofa

An outdoor sofa is provided for relaxation and the pool, which has roughened marble steps...

is tranquil, although, if you have children it's large enough for inflatable fun (toys not included!)

and when they stayed the webmastmaster's sons and friends had a lilo race.



Please note that this villa is not suitable for this many children . . . but people find that school friends holiday in the area - it's an easy drive from the hills or St Tropez - and lunch and an afternoon together can make a memorable day of the holiday on the Cap d'Antibes.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICES

The villa is available for rent at between £1,500 and £3,000 per week depending on the season and length of stay.

• Prices include, linen and indoor towels, weekly 4 hour maid service, and final cleaning. All utilities included (gas, electric, water).
• A 20% deposit should be paid on booking with the full amount paid 45 days prior to the start of the rental period. The deposit will be returned within 7/10 days of your departure.
• A local agency manages the property on our behalf and will provide you with a rental contract, be on hand when you arrive to give you the keys and show you how everything works. They will be available 24/7 should you need assistance in the event of a problem.
• Changeover day is Saturday, with arrival between 1500 and 1800, and departure prior to 1000. This may be flexible out of season, please enquire with your requested dates.
