Ca'n Jordi is a single family house with a long history. The original building was built about 30 years ago as a Summer holiday 'Casita' and after several owners and it is today a gem and paradise rental villa. Thanks to the central heating, Ca'n Jordi is available the whole year! Rents can be done either only the ground floor or the entire house as unit.

RENTAL VILLA

This beautifully garden property stands on approximately 1,240 square meters, with a floor space of approximately 200 square meter on two floors (150 square meter ground floor, 50 square meter upper floor) as well as a further approx. 70 square meter, of terraces. Also an external grill is not missing for the summer nights, and the cosy fire-places and furnaces are there for winter in the living and dining-room.

HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION

Ca'n Jordi possesses of an total of four bedrooms, three on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. All bedrooms were furnished in 2007 with new furniture and mattresses. Our beds have a length of 200 cm! In addition, all bedrooms have enough stowage in wardrobes - either as an built-in cupboard or single cupboard. Every bedroom includes a mirror.

Ground floor first bedroom - With bath ensuite

in the ground floor branches off from from the dining room and is located quietly and separately from the sitting room. This bedroom has two beds of 90 x 200 cm and a shower-bath en suite (shower, wash basin, WC).

Ground floor second bedroom

- The small studio - this bedroom is located centrally in the ground floor directly beside the central shower-bath. It is equipped with a bed of 135 x 200 cm and has adjoining a small reading room with own television.

Ground floor third bedroom

- The double bedroom - this bedroom is located with an exit directly to the roofed terrace and also directly beside the central shower-bath. It is equipped with two beds of 90 x 200 cm.

Upper floor the flatlet (one-room apartment)

- With bath en suite In the upper floor is an complete apartment with sitting-/dining-room, a kitchen and a bedroom with bath (shower, wash basin, WC) en suite as well as two terraces. This bedroom is equipped with a bed of 150 x 200 cm.

MALLORCA CALA MUARDA TOURIST INFORMATION

From the airport to Cala Muarda it is approx. 65 km and, due to the motorway existing to Lucmajor and good roads, it only takes 50 to 60 minutes travel time. Cala Murada lies approximately in the center between the two more well-known resorts of Cala D'Or and Porto Cristo. The village Cala Murada is an urbanisation which is functioning and already existing for a long time in the southeast of Mallorca. The existing Urbanisation consists predominantly of houses and/or villas with appropriate properties. Thus the entire Urbanisation is green and suitable also for long walks.

The houses in the urbanisation are used both as holiday houses and as residences inhabited all year round. Thus the urbanisation is at each season a pleasant place for a holiday stay. In Cala Murada you find two supermarkets, two banks, hairdresser, cosmetician, laundry and a post office beside various restaurants and bars. Also a small library is operated by the municipality.
