"Belair Villa" is situated in a good residential area and is well maintained. The luxurious air-conditioned accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10 people. The accommodation includes:

• Spacious lounge with cable TV, video and stereo systems, and patio door exit to the pool area.

•  4 double bedrooms, one with a Queen sized bed and cable TV, and an en-suite bathroom,

• A second bathroom, and an additional half bathroom.

• The sleeping accommodation is increased to 10 by the inclusion of a double bed settee in a quiet sitting room.

• Kitchen and dining facilities are to the highest standard. There is a breakfast bar and table, a separate high class dining area. Fridge / freezer / icemaker, cooker, microwave, automatic dishwasher, waste disposal are all naturally included,

• The convenience of a private telephone (credit card payment).

• The double garage contains automatic washing and drying machines.

• A barbecue and pool chairs, table and loungers are all provided for that special evening barbecue around the floodlit screened swimming pool.

• All linen and towels provided.

The Owners supply directions to the villa from the airports and popular car-hire depots, including maps so they are easy to find.

The villa pool has solar heating for the summer months (free of charge), and heat pumps for the winter months (free / chargeable, depending on the booking arrangements) in our opinion pool heating is advisable unless it is the height of summer, for your best enjoyment.

The villa is in Orlando Kissimmee just 1 1/2 miles from the local shops. There's a Wallmart about 4 miles away and Disney and the theme parks are nearby. Shopping malls are like theme parks in themselves. International Drive is a popular shoppong area whilst Belz is a factory outlet discount centre. The Florida Mall is on Orange Blossom Trail and Down Town Disney is the place to go to prove that you have been to Disney!
