The remainder of the plot boasts its own orchard consisting of mandarin, cherry, pear and plum trees and an organic vegetable garden.

The property is very secure and its situated in a serene and quiet area. It is alarmed inside and outside and looks beautiful at night when the whole garden can be lit up by strategically placed lighting.

The villa has its own superb swimming pool (very large) with a large patio and sunbathing area and an excellent barbeque. Best of all are the stunning views from its many terraces at sunset and sun rise.
