A great villa ideal for large groups in Can Tumas (next to San Rafel) which is perfectly positioned for all the beaches (nearest one 10 minutes drive) thye nightlife and towns of Ibiza. The villa stands in the middle of a stunning garden of over 2000m2. There is a large lawned area with automatic irrigation, ideal for children of all ages and adults alike. The remainder of the plot boasts its own orchard consisting of mandarin, olive, Grapefruit and Fig trees.

The property is very secure and its situated in a serene and quiet area. It is alarmed inside and outside and looks beautiful at night when the whole garden can be lit up by strategically placed lighting.

The villa has its own superb swimming pool (very large) with a large patio and sunbathing area and an excellent barbeque. Best of all are the stunning views from its many terraces at sunset and sun rise. The area near the pool is wonderful for relaxing and simply chilling out!


The villa is huge and is in excellent condition. approx. 574m2, with 6/7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms / shower rooms, a sitting room with an open fireplace, a dining area, a bar area, another lounge, a store room and a double garage . The house has air conditioning in the lounge area.


The villa has seven sun terraces surrounding the building, all with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and the sea. Of particular enjoyment are the stunning sunsets and sunrises which can be enjoyed from either side of the house.

The 6/7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms / shower rooms are split over two levels. On ground level there are 5 double bedrooms, two with fitted wardrobes and one with a sun terrace, there are 2 large bathrooms / showers, a storeroom and a pantry. Upstairs there is a large mezzanine bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds in the downstairs area. On the second floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with a staircase to the garden, a large dining area with a huge sun terrace, a sitting area with an open fire place, and a bar area with access to more sun terraces.




The top bedroom has 2 large sun terraces which enjoy spectacular sunsets and views over the surrounding countryside and Conjera.

The villa can sleep 14 - 16 people. It is superb for large groups. It is in an excellent location with easy access to all the beaches and towns of Ibiza. Please see below for more photographs.
