HOLIDAY APARTMENT FOR RENT

The ground floor accommodation is fully air conditioned and comprises of a large living room, modern well equipped fully fitted kitchen and a washroom/wc.


The large living area has a table and chairs to seat up to six people, three seater sofa and two seater sofa bed (to sleep up to 2 people), satellite television, DVD/CD. The lounge has patio doors which lead to the patio/BBQ area with a large table and 6 chairs, where you can enjoy eating breakfast in the sun, whilst watching the children play in the adjoining swimming pool. There is also a parasol and sunbeds for your use. This area has a lockable gate so young children are unable to leave the patio without adult supervision.

The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric fan oven and hob, microwave and plenty of good quality kitchen utensils and crockery.

RENTAL ACCOMMODATION (3 bedrooms, sleeps 8.)

The apartment has three large bedrooms. The 1st floor consists of 2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom consists of a large double bed, a large fitted wardrobe, air conditioning unit and an en-suite bathroom, with shower and bath. It has a balcony with table and chairs and overlooks the large outdoor pool.


The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds, a large fitted wardrobe, air conditioning unit and en-suite bathroom with shower. It has a balcony with with tables and chairs and overlooks the complex tennis court and crazy golf course.


The 3rd floor double bedroom has a double bed, a large fitted wardrobe, air conditioning unit and en-suite bathroom with shower. It has a large sun terrace with table and chairs and overlooks the large outdoor pool and has stunning mountain views.

YANIKLAR AND FETHIYE TOURIST INFORMATION

Yaniklar which is close to the town of Fethiye in Southern Turkey and the famous beach resorts of Oludeniz (the Blue Lagoon) and Calis beach. The Med/Turquoise Coast region of Turkey is an ideal place to relax and explore, with average temperatures on the Turquoise Coast during June to September of 30C+ and the hospitality of the locals being second to none.

Fethiye is a pretty harbour town with fantastic fish restaurants, traditional harbour markets, quaint back streets, a wide variety of shops and friendly bars. For bargain hunters, there are two markets worthy of a visit. The Tuesday market in Fethiye is one of the largest in Europe, where you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of an authentic Turkish bazaar. Nearby Calis has a famous Sunday market, on a smaller scale to Fethiye. The pretty market places combined with boutiques and shops make this a fascinating holiday location. History is abundant here in a place that combines the old seamlessly with the new.

How to get to Yaniklar

The nearest airport is Dalaman and is only 38km away from the apartment. We can arrange a transfer for you to and from the complex or alternatively car hire from the airport for the duration of your holiday.

The charter airlines offer cheap flights to Dalaman.
